What are your store hours?
Our hours are 10am-6pm Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday hours are 10am-8pm. Sunday hours are 11am-6pm. We also offer private shopping appointments. If you would like to shop after hours you can request an appointment by calling (615) 807-2386.

I saw a piece of clothing/jewelry/fashion accessory on the JONDIE® Instagram.
How can I order it and have it sent to me?
You can send us a DM in Instagram, email us using the contact form on the "Contact" page on our website or call us at (615) 807-2386. We will be happy to help you! We can send you additional pictures, let you know what colors and sizes are available and take your order over the phone. We can also hold items for local customers who see something they want on our Instagram. We usually ship within 24 hours and shipping is free on purchases over $100 before sales tax. If your purchase is less than $100, shipping is an additional $10.

I’m from out of town and don’t have enough room in my suitcase to get everything back that I would like to buy. Can you ship it to me?
Absolutely. We are happy to ship any of your in-store purchases for you. If you spend more than $100 in store before tax then we will ship it to you for free. Otherwise, shipping is a $10 flat rate. We also offer second day and overnight shipping at an extra charge as well.

I have an event tomorrow and need help with a complete look. Can I have a stylist work one-on-one with me to find the perfect outfit?
Yes! JONDIE® styling services are complimentary and we love to help you put a stylish look together. We can help you find your entire outfit, or if you have a dress in your closet you can bring it along and we can update with new accessories. Feel free to drop by anytime or if you would like to make an appointment, you can call us at (615) 807-2386.

Do you sell any local, handmade made jewelry?
We offer a selection of our owner, Rebecca Davis's jewelry designs. Each handmade piece is created in our design studio in Franklin, Tennessee. We have many contemporary styles at JONDIE® that she designs. Our sister brand, Mimi and Dottie® offers many more of Rebecca's designs made from repurposed antique pieces, semiprecious stones and unique curiosities from around the world.
